Harper is getting bigger and bigger every day. She has become such a happy baby; it's hard to believe that she's the same baby we had to hold in the bathroom under the exhaust fan or that needed to be passed around from family member to family member because bouncing seemed to be the only thing that kept her from crying.
Here are some updates -
Food: She's taking five bottles a day, in addition to cereal in the morning, fruit and veggies for lunch, and cereal again at night. She really seems to enjoy solids! She's tried everything from carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans, and squash to apples, pears, and prunes (which sometimes she really needs!).
Activities: She has become quite the active girl! She rolls from back to belly and from belly to back all the time, although she doesn't always enjoy being on her belly. The only time she seems to enjoy it is if she can see the TV. She's already becoming a TV junkie! She also loves to read, play in her exersaucer, snuggle with Sascha (the cat), and put EVERYTHING in her mouth, including her toes!
Sleep: We went through a rough patch there for a few weeks, but she's finally getting good sleep. She goes to bed at about 9:00 each night and wakes up around 6:00 (or 7 if we're lucky). She still doesn't nap all that well during the day (at least not for me!), but as long as she's getting good sleep at night, that's good enough for me!
