Harper - Two Years

I know this is a little late, but just roll with me.

Harper,

You are two years old, and my, how time flies!

You weigh 24.6 lbs and are 34.5 inches tall.

You vary in clothes sizes - for pants you mostly wear 18 months, but tops can be 24 months.

You wear size 6 shoe.

Your vocabulary is EXPLODING! We used to worry about the fact that you didn't say much, but you are definitely making up for it now. Some things you say are still gibberish, but for the most part, we can make out what you are trying to say.

You are one smart little girl. There are things you do that amaze me for a child your age.

You love to color and draw. In fact, you hold a pencil better than most five year olds.

You are obsessed with puzzles, and you are quite good at figuring them out.

You LOVE Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Dora, always asking to watch one of them.

You love your little sister, although jealousy often rears its ugly head. For the most part, you are very good with her, but we do have to watch out from time-to-time.

You started MMO again this fall, and boy do you enjoy Ms. Pam, Ms. Martha, and Ms. Jennifer (and we think you might be their favorite as well).

You celebrated your birthday in style with a rockin' Elmo party. Most of your buddies (with the exception of Luke) were able to attend.

It is so hard to believe that just two years ago, you were an itty bitty baby. You now act like such a big girl, and you are literally growing up right before my very eyes. (Wow, this post is just full of cliches.) You are now able to interact and enjoy so many things. I don't want to wish away the time, but I look forward to the many memories we can make together. You are one special little girl!
